Hey, I'm Jason! a software engineer with Taiwanese roots, raised in Jersey, now based in the Bay. 10+ years of building web apps, distributed systems, and developer platforms, aka getting computers to play nice with each other. I've launched things from scratch and scaled them as well. Both are fun in different ways.

Platform team focused on microservice infrastructure, reliability tooling, and developer experience. Maintained internal RPC frameworks, workflow orchestration, feature stores, experimentation platform, and messaging services using Python, Golang, Ruby, Temporal, gRPC, and AWS.

Backend systems for supply chain and manufacturing automation. Mobile apps for warehouse operations, event-driven systems, and real-time analytics using React Native, AWS Step Functions, Kinesis, Redis, PostgreSQL, and Rails.

AI dashcam platform for commercial fleets. Worked on driver analytics dashboards, telemetry APIs, and data labeling tools using TypeScript, React, Golang, and Elasticsearch.
